Good Health - We, the Sellers, certify that, as of date of delivery, the puppy
has received it's age appropriate vaccinations and de-worming* and is in good health, free from symptoms of contagious
and infectious diseases. No further health guarantee is made or implied. This health guarantee does not include,
(and is not limited to) Coccidia or Giardia. These are common puppy problems. Also not included in this guarantee
are: hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), ear mites, kennel cough, worms, hernias, ear yeast infection, dehydration, allergies,
demodectic mange, thyroid dysfunction, and other auto-immune disorders. All precautions have been taken to insure that
your puppy will be in good health, and all puppies are sold as family pets.
Buyer must take puppy to a vet within 72 hours of delivery (weekend/holiday exception).
Buyer agrees that Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills. Buyer must mail or email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
a copy of puppy's results to Seller, and Seller will put results in Buyer's file in order for the guarantee to be
in effect. Failure to comply with the above will void this guarantee.
vaccinate our puppies at 6 weeks of age, and they are de-wormed every 2 weeks starting at 2 weeks of age.
Congenital Disorders - Your puppy
is guaranteed to be free of congenital health disorders that make the puppy unsuitable for the purpose of a "family pet"
until the puppy reaches one year of age. If an issue arises, a vet's statement must be provided to the Seller.
Upon reviewing the Buyer's vet statement, the Seller's vet will verify if the claim is a legitimate claim. A
replacement puppy will be provided and is the only option unless otherwise decided by the Seller.
Replacement Policy - If it is discovered and confirmed
by Buyer's vet that the puppy has a defect and you wish to replace the puppy, the puppy must be returned, only with prior
permission of the Seller, to qualify for a replacement puppy. The Seller's vet will then examine the puppy to confirm
the defect. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy is returned without prior permission from Seller.
If the puppy is returned, it must be in good condition. Other than the particular problem, and will be returned at the
Buyer's expense. Buyer is also responsible for transportation costs to and from Seller for a replacement pup.
If your pup dies within this one year time frame and the Buyer wishes to prove a defect, the Buyer will pay to have it autopsied
to ascertain cause of death. If the cause was congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. Seller will not be
responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Seller must be notified within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian's
determination, and a copy/statement from said vet will be mailed or emailed to Seller. Seller will then replace puppy
of same value and gender as soon as one becomes available, however Seller cannot guarantee puppy to be of same age and/or
color. Buyer understands that the replacement puppy may not have the same parents as the original puppy.
